MY STORY

I'm a lifelong resident of Chicago and a writer at heart.

My drive and commitment to my craft have lead to publishing opportunities in major city publications, in addition to leadership roles in student media. 

I am undaunted by challenges and am always eager to learn from those within the industry.

When I'm not working, I like listening to music, exploring Chicago and memorizing pop culture trivia.

Fun facts:

- I covered Lollapalooza for the Chicago Sun-Times at the age of 19. 

- I am an avid roller-skater.

- I share a birthday with Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant—albeit 51 years apart.
